Photo: Is it good for wrinkled skin, too?
A good friend of mine spends half a year in the High Andes Mountains of Ecuador. On a "Healing Weekend", he and his wife spent some time with a shaman (local medicine man) who impressed them for what you might
think a strange reason: Though this healer lives in a small native village with no running water, his skin glows and his hair shines with a radiance too outstanding not to noticed. Here (thank you, Gary and Merri Scott) is the secret to his great
skin and hair:

Glowing Skin and Shiny Hair Formula
|
|
Weigh out amounts according to these proportions
|
| Six packets of chamomile tea |
Six long natural cinnamon sticks |
|
A handful of black cardamom (AKA pimienta dulce or sweet pepper).
|
Place all the ingredients in a couple quarts of water and boil them thoroughly. Set aside a cup or two to drink. Dilute the balance in three to five gallons of water as hot as you find comfortable.
Get in a bathtub or shower. Ideally play 60 beats a minute baroque music in the background. Vivaldi’s Four Seasons is a good example. (For those of you into neuroscienceand brain entrainment, this helps the mind shift into an
Alpha state.)
Sit in a comfortable position, relax and slowly ladle cup after cup over your head and entire body. Sip the tea as you rinse your body so you cleanse from the inside as well as the outside.
When finished, do not rinse or towel dry, but let your hair and body dry naturally.
You’ll feel clean with a warm glow, smell better than apple pie and your skin and hair will shine! You can repeat this as often as you wish, and there are no contra-indications to using this " natural awakener".
