Pleomorphism

They say timing is everything. How sad that Bechamp couldn't have waited a couple of centuries when all of his concepts would have been proved correct by a German zoologist, Gunther Enderlein. Enderlein wrote over 500 scientific papers and founded his own microbiological institute in Berlin.

The most important paper Enderlein wrote is an extremely important treatise, the Bacteria Cyclogeny. In this work, he provides conclusive evidence there is a developmental cycle for various bacterial forms. Hopefully, you will remember this concept is directly opposite to Pasteur's.

Enderlein's study conclusively proves the correctness of Bechamp's theories, while simultaneously destroying Pasteur's ideas as nonsense.

You would think no one could any longer deny the fact that bacteria appear in different forms throughout their life cycle. But to accept Enderlein's teaching means that Pasteur's conviction you could make a diagnosis on the basis of an unchanging shape or form of a bacterium was wrong.

It also means that you could not accept the drug industry's insistence they can solve illness with a specific pill targeting a specific germ.

The text of Bacteria Cyclogeny is dense and quite difficult to read, even for someone trained in the field of bacteriology. But it is so important to your understanding of how disease occurs- and why it is so hard to control, that I must provide you with at least the fundamentals of Enderlein's work. You can research more if you care to do so.

Enderlein named the simplest life form of a germ "PROTIT". This little organism can undergo a life cycle which is, in a sense, like that of humans. We don't exist as a single life form, but as several: Infant, Adolescent, Adult (Younger), and Mature Adult (Aged). The protit changes also, though its life cycles are less age-influenced and more reactive to our internal environment in which it lives.

Enderlein called the process of the PROTIT changing forms through the various stages of its life, "PLEOMORPHISM".

One of the best examples of pleomorphism is the caterpillar, which spins a cocoon around itself and later emerges as a butterfly.

As Enderlein discovered, germs can do the same thing, that is, change life form like the caterpillar, BUT THEY CAN GO BACKWARDS AS WELL AS FORWARDS. Butterflies can not reverrt back to caterpillars.

Can you visualize reversing the process? You have never seen a butterfly enter an empty cocoon and emerge later as a caterpillar. Yet that is exactly what you must imagine in order to fully understand the power of Pleomorphism.

As it is with a human infant, the young, early form of the protit is relatively weak and powerless. Its metabolism and waste products cause us no problems.

With the introduction of certain irritating factors, like smoking, excessive stress, too little sleep, too much processed food, the protit begins to change its form; and its abilities to effect us increase, just as the responses of an adolescent child are more complex and difficult to deal with than those of an infant.

If the irritants continue or increase, the forms change again, getting more powerful (virulent) with each change in form, just as a young adult is much more powerful than an adolescent. At some point in its development, the form of the original organism becomes parasitic, and its metabolism and waste products now poison human body fluids, causing diseases, like cancer.

Clinically, you begin to understand why achieving "cure" can sometimes be impossible. The longer such processes go on inside you, the more irritants to which you are subjected, the more resistant to treatment you become. It is literally a matter of "too little, too late".

From a health/disease standpoint, the most important of Enderlein's discoveries is the protit's ability to revert to a simpler, less  powerful life form,

If its upward spiral of disease-causing power could be intercepted before its influence became too strong or too much damage had occurred, it could be reversed, weakened and returned to a state where it could continue to live within us without causing further harm. This would allow our bodies to repair the damage already done without serious consequences.

This revolutionary concept is the basis for probiotic medicine, and it is in direct competition with the Big Pharma concept of developing drugs to stop symptoms.

The next logical question to ask is why isn't disease caught earlier so the process is more easily reversed? The answer, once again, reflects the unfortunate influence of Pasteur.

When I took bacteriology, we studied blood the way Pasteur said it should be done: Take a small sample of blood, place it on a glass slide, let it dry, then add some special coloring agents to make things stand out better.

Enderlein quickly realized he could not show anyone how the protit "morphs" into its various lifel forms if it was dead. This could only be done if the organism was alive, using a protocol known as "Darkfield Microscopy".

Darkfield Microscopy is as different from Pasteur's methodology as night from day.

When I took my first course in Darkfield Microscopy, I saw things on a blood slide I had never seen before; never even heard of before. It was, for me, a shocking revelation, and I finally started to grasp how and why our bodies become sick.

I was stunned to discover how much I was never taught about health, wellness, and illness. And I finally understood why it is so difficult, sometimes impossible, to return a sick person to health.

Unfortunately, this was many years and thousands of patients after I became a doctor.

I wish I could tell you when, or rather IF the medical establishment will come to understand and accept that the basis of clinical practice is incorrect (in my view). When, or rather IF they will ever understand and accept that they must find and eliminate the cause of disease, rather than merely treat the symptoms. Until they do, I hope you now understand enough so that you, yourself, can begin to modify your lifestyle to the point where you can reverse the damage potential of the protit and start enjoying better health.
