Photo: Decisions, decisions. It's all so exhausting...

Nearly every day I am asked what particular piece of equipment I recommend most, or what I use for myself and my loved ones.

I have explained in the preceding sections that each type of device has its indications, advantages and disadvantages. I own and regularly use each piece I have described, and hope you will read the sections discussing audio, pad and plasma approaches if you have not already done so.

For yourself, you don't need all the "stuff" I have described. Essentially I work with two systems. Here is what I use and how I use it:

SYSTEM #1-    F-117 Generator (with footbath)

If I were to purchase only one setup, it would be the TrueRife F-117. It is a well-made device, incorporating an Antlier Robin F-110 generator, and is capable of handling nearly any health situation you can throw at it.

It comes standard with a hand-held spiral bulb. Skip that bulb and order instead the Vortex Detonator bulb. I have had my Vortex bulb filled with the new, experimental Q-2 gas, but I am not yet sure this is worth the additional cost.

I bought a clamp and tripod to hold the Vortex bulb, very helpful if running long frequency programs or overnight treatment sets. Also purchased the Matrix foot plate, a required grounding device if I want to use the bulb touching my body (as opposed to placing near me but not touching me).

To complete this set up, I have the detoxification footbath, now known as the Ion Pro Wave. I bought none of the assorted attachments, such as the water heater or timer.

The overwhelming majority of readers will be well-served by this setup. It is not inexpensive, but it is versatile and dependable.

The TrueRife organization engages in constant product introduction and upgrading, as well as research which they willingly share with the community. They have the ability to ship out your order nearly overnight, whereas other organizations may take a number of weeks to fill your order. If you are seriously ill and need something now, not having to wait weeks for a device is reassuring.

I like the fact that when you call their phone number, someone is always available to offer support and assistance. I am especially comforted by the fact that they have a substantial number of units in use, providing a good database against which to test frequencies.

What I don't like is that a newcomer to frequency technology  is easily overwhelmed by the confusing array of products offered. I feel a number of these are over-merchandised and lack sufficient supportive research.

Specifically:

I am unconvinced the GRS scanner is a worthwhile investment, and have stated I have yet to find any device that can consistently and accurately determine the frequencies needed in any given situation. I personally feel I can do a much better job with my pendulum, which is certainly less expensive.

The dual-function TrueRife Ozone Plasmasphere looks appealing in photos and sounds great on paper, but it produces a concentration of ozone far below what is usually considered necessary for therapeutic results.

The spiral bulb (standard when ordering the F-117) is substantially less powerful than the Vortex bulb. The site has photos of various people holding the spiral bulb against their head, but this is no reason to buy a bulb of limited power.

Because there are so many bulbs from which to choose, it is necessary to discuss these at some additional length,

The plain gas double bubble bulb is more penetrating than the spiral bulb, but not as powerful as the plain gas Vortex Detonator. The Vortex is also my choice over the double bubble bulb filled with the new Q-2 gas, with or without the accelerator/amplifier shield. Until proven otherwise, I would stick with the Vortex bulb. You don't need any of the others. They are just collecting dust in my lab.

Bottom line on bulbs:
The Vortex bulb seems powerful enough to handle any situation, and more, I suspect, is simply overkill. Further research may prove me wrong, but for now, I don't think anything else offers a choice worth the difference in cost. Get the Vortex Detonator only.
Bottom line on gases:
Presently, I am the only person to use the Vortex bulb with both the conventional gas and the new Quantum gas mixture. I cannot tell you yet which gas is the better of the two- if indeed there is any difference of one over the other except for cost. I have the Q-2 gas only for experimental purposes, and will have the bulb refilled with the original gas if that proves to be the stronger of the two. I will update this site as soon as there are clear answers.

There are other devices available similar to the F-117 that are used and loved by those who own them. Wonderful reports abound concerning the GB4000, for example, and many users adore their various ENEM devices..

I have said I would only recommend what I personally knew to be effective. After extensive testing, I am completely satisfied with the results obtained with the F-117, and feel the average individual would have no trouble using it.

If you have a favorite and can back up your experience with documentation, write to me and let me know. I will give it a fair evaluation and present your information at this site. The more input we have, the wiser will be our decisions.

SYSTEM #2-  Antlier-Robin F-165 Generator and ABPA Black Box

Running in the "background" of my lab is the other system I use regularly. It is an F-165 Antlier-Robin generator powering an ABPA black box. I have 5 such setups, and use this configuration to run what I call "core" treatment sets for myself or any person I would treat "at a distance".

The two systems are not interchangeable. The F-165/ABPA can duplicate some of the functions I accomplish with the .F-117 system, but not all. The reverse is also true: You cannot treat distant patients with the F-117 system as you can with an F-165/ABPA.

Unfortunately, once again there is danger at the intersection where making money meets rational choice of equipment. If you type in Advanced Bio-photon Analyzer on Google, the next screen brings up a large number of sites making unsubstantiated claims and "overselling" products you don't need.

Contact Dale Fawcett (360) 598-6585 and tell him I gave you his name. I have known him for many years and can promise he will not steer you wrong.

Any web site that features the ABPA instrument also features  a green power grid, a cable you can wrap around vegetables, a special enhancing disk, and an ever increasing array of gadgets to make the ABPA more effective.

The inevitable question arises: "If this simple 'Black Box' is so effective and powerful, wouldn't it be great if we could make it even more effective and powerful?"

I would change the question by asking, "If this simple 'Black Box' is so effective and powerful, why don't we just leave it as it is?"

Rapturous claims are made that all you have to do is turn it on and it will cleanse your body of toxins, reduce the stress in your life, and a whole host of other essential functions. Sad to say, but it ain't happened to me yet.

I was a not an un-believer until I did my first detoxing foot bath. What I saw in the water was all the proof I needed that the ABPA was falling somewhat short of some of its claims.

So here is what I think is true:

In my experience, putting my DNA into the box and turning it on, leaving its internal proprietary programming to determine what my body needs does not produce any meaningful results.

Theory  "0"

Results  "0"

Concerning the concept that adding more "goodies" will make the device more powerful, therefore producing a better result, I find adding goodies does not produce a better, faster result.

Theory   "0"

Results   "0"

Similar to regarding the various tubes and gasses one can use with the F-117 generator, where does one draw the line? Will we ever be able to fight off the tendency to fall into the trap that, "Some is good, more is better, and most is best of all?"

Theory 1  "Some is good" etc.  "0"

Theory 2  "Enough is enough. Save your money."   "10"

I use the combination of an F-165 and ABPA all the time. Because of the nature of my work, I have five such set-ups, at about $3,000.00 per set-up. If cost is not a factor, the decision should be based on how you will employ these devices. If treating yourself or others at a distance is not important, don't get this equipment.

Let's go over the selection process once more:

Inexpensive systems in the form of audio disks and plasma balls exist for those whose health needs are slight and who, financially or intellectually, do not want to plunge deeply into frequency medicine.

Remember, however, that aside from pre-programmed disks which will play on any MP-3 player, these other systems require a computer. If you do not own a computer (and it will shock my grandchildren to learn there are still one or two people without one,) you must figure in the cost of buying one.

You will not need extraordinary amounts of memory or storage area on the computer you select, nor will you need expensive graphics cards or telecommunications capabilities. Uncomplicated but perfectly serviceable computers may be purchased for as little as $700.00, and will do a fine job for you.

Low cost pad and plasma devices can be built by your neighbor's kid in his garage, using plans available on the web and parts easily and inexpensively purchased at Radio Shack. Some such devices are somewhat programmable, using rechargeable Palm devices as a generator. You will have to shop.

Please don't think that just because you don't have the latest, largest, most expensive electronics "rig" in the world, there is no hope. If the theories of Frequency Medicine have any validity, a simple system should provide enough help to be worthwhile.

If you are going to advance beyond the basic systems and on to more sophisticated (read: expensive) equipment, I don't think you need purchase anything outside of the two systems I have highlighted here.

Most people will not need both systems. Under "normal" circumstances, the F-117 system has ample flexibility and will do perfectly; add a footbath if you can afford it.

If you have the correct frequencies, you will get gratifying results with any of the devices I've indicated. If you do not have the correct frequencies, you will not obtain great results, no matter what "goodies" you add to the mix.

My best advice over 43 years of private practice:

"Keep it simple, and 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it.'
