2) I can make a custom determination for the selection of pre-loaded programs if you already own or decide to buy a device that comes pre-programmed.
3) I can do a comprehensive
personal evaluation, including the determination of a unique, custom frequency research program for you if you already have or decide to buy a device that is programmable.
