ELF Black Boxes

ELF stands for Extremely Low Frequency, a not-so-new technology that has suddenly engulfed us and the way we communicate with the rest of the world.

Actually, ELFs were detected in World War I when the Germans accidentally noticed a very low frequency noise in the ground which had a strong resonance at 7 Hz. They felt the noise was caused by electrical storms, and dismissed it as interesting, but of no practical use.

Then in 1952, a German scientist named W. O. Schumann pointed out the existence of a "cavity" between the earth and the ionosphere that has a fundamental resonant frequency of about 7 Hz. He discovered that an electronic vibration (wave) having the same frequency can be broadcast into this cavity, and this wave will travel 25,000 miles around the world at the speed of light.

The US Navy saw the value in Schumann's discoveries, and in the late 1960's, they started Project ELF which was designed to permit land-based communications with deeply-submerged submarines. There has been a series of military projects since that time, some whose reason for being is suggested to be far more nefarious than submarine communications. Projects like developing the so-called "Death Ray," and other applications I know nothing about except for hearsay.

For now, let us just consider communications applications as they would apply to our civilian population. Indeed, telecommunications has become a whole new sector in our lives.

I think our modern cell phone is probably the best example for explaining how ELF "Black Boxes" work. If you have a phone in your hand in, say, New York, and you call my cell phone number, my phone rings, even if I am in Beijing, China. Obviously there are no wires connecting us, so how does this happen?

To thoroughly understand how this happens, you need a solid background in physics. But the only thing you or I really care about is the fact that our phone rings and the call goes through. Somehow the signal you send out from your phone finds my phone. That signal is my phone number, the means of assuring I get the call and no one else does.

The "Black Boxes" are like your cell phone. They contact my body (instead of my cell phone) by means of some sort of DNA (instead of my phone number).

The DNA connection can be accomplished by a photograph, a snippet of hair, a drop of blood or saliva, that is, anything that is as unique to me- just like my cell phone number belongs to no one but me. Thus I get the message being sent out, but no one else does.

The message, instead of being a phone conversation or text message, is in the form of frequencies. These can be pre-programmed into the box, or sent to the box by means of a programmable generator, attached by a special wire where you see the blue connector.

The instrument in the photograph above, the Scalar Craft 1A, is the newest edition of the ELF "Black Box" I use. On the top of the device, I place I place the DNA sample of myself or the person to whom I am sending my 'message'. The "message" is the healing frequencies I have determined are necessary for whatever situation I am treating.

The message is delivered to the Scalar Craft 1A by my F-165 programmable generator. These frequency programs are like "long distance phone calls,"   and special commands are written into them so that the frequencies will be sent in a constant "loop" until the desired effect is obtained. When treating complex situations like cancer or rheumatoid arthritis, this is most desirable as the frequency programs can take days to complete one cycle of treatment.

This is a very sophisticated system, and although all life is priceless, the instrumentation is not cheap. The F-165 generator alone is over a thousand dollars. Some ELF machines can run two thousand or more. One of the things most appealing about the SC- 1A is that it is far less expensive than other ELF units, a great advantage to people who have spent most of their money for medical care which has not solved their problem.

Dale Fawcett (Phone 360-598-6585 or <dale.fawcett@gmail.com>) has had a major hand in developing this instrument, and he is "tuned in" to how financially devastating conventional medical treatment can be. He set out to create a lower cost instrument, and accomplished this by eliminating unnecessary "bells and whistles".

Other devices incorporate "stand-alone" frequencies and are designed to emit these in addition to whatever frequencies are desired for the person who will receive the message. In my opinion, this extra ability is unnecessary, and only adds to the cost.

Another thing I love about this unit is its size. Measuring only 5"x5.5"x1.5", and weigning less than a pound, it is easy to take the SC- 1A along averywhere because it is extremely portable. I travel a lot, and lugging biger sending units like the ABPA is a hassle- not only because of its size, but it is flashy looking and nosy TSA guards never fail to staop me and ask about it. An SC- 1A "Black Box" and a generator like the F-165 provide a set-up which is less expensive than the cost of one round of chemotherapy. Of course, you do not need to have cancer to use it. It is an effective way to deliver all healing frequencies for any condition where frequency therapy is to be considered.

I am sorry to have to mention this, but you will not be reimbursed by your health insurance for the purchase price of this equipment because it is deemed "experimental".

On occasion, I will have the good fortune to write a frequency program that stops someone's cold or sore throat within minutes of sending them my "long distance phone call." More often, I will send one set of frequencies, then adjust the frequencies, adding new ones and/or eliminating those no longer required as the symptoms change.

Where people are being treated for cancer, Lyme Disease, or other complicated conditions, many elaborate treatment programs may be used at various times, some of which may require weeks to be effective. Thus successful treatment is more than just setting up a frequency program and letting it run on its own.

It is well for all of us to remember frequency medicine is an excellent Alternative Therapy Technique which is AN answer, not THE answer.

Maintaining health is an ongoing, life-long endeavor. If you are truly committed to it, it can be achieved, but it is unreasonable to think all you need is some electrical device to plug in and turn on.  If good health was that easy, no one would be sick.
