Photo: Advanced Bio-Photon Analyzer ELF stands for Extremely Low Frequency, a not-so-new technology that has suddenly engulfed us and the way we communicate with the rest of the world. Actually, ELFs were detected in World War I when the Germans accidentally noticed a very low frequency noise in the ground which had a strong resonance at 7 Hz. They felt the noise was caused by electrical storms, and dismissed it as interesting, but of no practical use. Then in 1952, a German scientist named W. O. Schumann pointed out the existence of a "cavity" between the earth and the ionosphere that has a fundamental resonant frequency of about 7 Hz. He discovered that an electronic vibration (wave) having the same frequency can be broadcast into this cavity, and this wave will travel 25,000 miles around the world at the speed of light. The US Navy saw the value in Schumann's discoveries, and in the late 1960's, they started Project ELF which was designed to permit land-based communications with deeply-submerged submarines. There has been a series of military projects since that time, some whose reason for being is suggested to be far more nefarious than submarine communications. Projects like developing the so-called "Death Ray," and other applications I know nothing about except for hearsay. For now, let us just consider communications applications as they would apply to our civilian population. Indeed, telecommunications has become a whole new sector in our lives. Ask yourself, "Where would we be today were it not for cell phones? How did we ever survive without them?" I think our modern cell phone is probably the best example for explaining how ELF "Black Boxes" work. If you have a phone in your hand in, say, New York, and you call my cell phone number, my phone rings, even if I am in Beijing, China. Obviously there are no wires connecting us, so how does this happen? To thoroughly understand how this happens, you need a solid background in physics. But the only thing you or I really care about is the fact that our phone rings and the call goes through. Somehow the signal you send out from your phone finds my phone. That signal is my phone number, the means of assuring I get the call and no one else does.
The instrument in the photograph above, the Advanced Bio-Photon Analyzer, (ABPA) is the "Black Box" I use. The "black line" above the two large round "wells" is actually a slot in the device into which I place the DNA sample of myself or the person to whom I am sending my 'message'. The "message" is the healing frequencies I have determined are necessary for whatever situation I am treating. The message is delivered to the Black Box by my F-165 programmable generator. When writing frequency programs to be delivered by the equivalent of a "long distance phone call," special "label 1" and "go to 1" commands are written into the program so that the frequencies will be sent in a constant "loop" until the desired effect is obtained. Clearly you can see this is a very sophisticated system, yet as these things go, it is not horrendously expensive. The ABPA unit is a couple thousand dollars, and the F-165 generator is around a thousand more. Three thousand dollars is less than the cost of the first round of chemotherapy, but you will not be reimbursed by your health insurance for the purchase price of this equipment. Does it work? Without question, YES. Is that all there is to it? USUALLY NOT. On occasion, I will have the good fortune to write a frequency program that stops someone's cold or sore throat within minutes of sending them my "long distance phone call." More often, I will send one program, adjust as the symptoms change, and send another program. This may be done over a series of programs, perhaps over several days or more. Where people are being treated for cancer, Lyme Disease, or other complicated conditions, many elaborate treatment programs may be used at various times, some of which may require weeks to be effective. Here is an example of what I mean. The case involves a person who lives far distant and has the misfortune of having to deal with hepatitis:
As you can see, this person has been under active care for quite awhile- results in a situation like this are certainly not going to be obtained overnight. And as you can also see, he is doing more than just relying on frequencies to aid in overcoming the affliction.
In addition to everything else, this person has made a point of studying nutrition and has changed his diet. He is also using multiple supplements and altering lifestyle to support a healthier "Internal Environment" for himself. Maintaining health is an ongoing, life-long endeavor.
